Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently ship within the United States only, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
All Arcadia’s Cauldron items are handmade in small batches. Please allow 7–14 business days for order processing before shipment.
If you need your order sooner, please contact us prior to ordering to inquire about rush processing, when available.
Once your package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier, Arcadia’s Cauldron is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered shipments. Delivery issues must be addressed directly with your local postal service using the provided tracking number.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase and will gladly assist when issues arise.
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items.
Returned items must be unused and unworn, show no signs of wear or use, be returned in original packaging, with tags intact if applicable.
Eligible returns may receive store credit, a replacement, or a refund to the original payment method, at our discretion.
Final Sale Items
For health, safety, and craftsmanship reasons, the following are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Bath, body, or consumable items
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Seasonal or limited-edition items
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a physical defect:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos of:

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- Packages marked “In Transit” or “Arriving Late” are considered delayed, not lost.
- If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
- Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are not considered lost. Customers should check with household members, neighbors, or the local post office.
Arcadia’s Cauldron is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Packages marked delivered by the carrier
Returned to Sender / Refused Packages
Packages returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Failure to collect
- Refusal by recipient
- may be refunded minus shipping costs, or reshipped at the customer’s expense, with return of the original package
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
