How it Started

Forged in the sacred fires of hearth and home, Arcadia’s Cauldron Wildcraft is the life’s work—the very sweat, blood, tears and spellwork—of a maiden, a wife, a heathen, and a mother of three wild dragons, Deni Weeks.
Deni’s journey into the ancient arts of herbalism began with a simple yet powerful truth: the body is a temple, and nature holds the keys to its care. When she embarked on the adventure of motherhood, the path of holistic healing called to her like a whisper from the old ways. With a cauldron in hand and wisdom in heart, she began crafting elixirs and remedies, ensuring her kin were nurtured by the gifts of the earth.
From the first bubbling batch of elderberry tonic to the first wild sip of fire cider, then after came the gentle touch of salves and balms, bug deterrents, and handmade soaps. Behind every creation is hours of research, experimentation, intention, failure, and a touch of wild magic. Arcadia’s Cauldron is more than a shop—it is a sanctuary of ancient wisdom, earthy alchemy, and the eternal dance between nature and nurture.

Origins of the cauldron

A Tale of Magick & Bone

More than a decade ago, Deni began her journey as a humble vendor, peddling her creations beneath the flickering lights of local holiday markets. Each item, hewn from traditional and natural elements, carried the whispers of old-world wisdom—roots tangled in the folklore, nature, and witchcraft once revered by those who walked before us.
Her specialties—hand-rolled tapers, natural body enchantments, and bone & oddity work—have carved a niche in the valley, where seekers of the strange and the sacred now gather. As the years passed, her craft outgrew the market stalls, shaping itself into a brick-and-mortar haven for those drawn to the odd and unsual.
As she wandered the winding paths of the woods of the Valley, Deni became known by many names—the Village Witch, the White Mountain Wendigo, the Bone Collector—titles whispered because of her love and respect for repurposed death in the form of art. Yet, her vision was never meant for her alone. With a heart steadfast in the belief that true power lies in collaboration, not competition, she forged a space not just for herself, but for a thriving guild of artisans, dreamers, and makers.

An Ever burning hearth

Est. 2023

Once merely a hollow shell, The Cauldron’s brick-and-mortar form stood with bare plywood floors and stark, unadorned walls—an empty vessel awaiting its maximalist. Through dedication, vision, and the call of the craft, it underwent a major transmogrification.
While hunting dragons and treasure to fill the Cauldron, we wove a tapestry of artisans, gathering kindred spirits until at last, on April 1st, 2023, the doors of The Cauldron were flung open, no longer an empty husk, but a living, breathing sanctum of wonder, wildcraft, and community with an ever- burning hearth of creativity.

Faithful followers

The Fellowship of the Cauldron

No great quest is ever undertaken alone, and at Deni’s side stand her most trusted companions—her shieldmaidens in the arcane and the adventurous.
By her right hand is Jasmine, the Eye of the Storm, a force of nature whose presence weaves calm amidst chaos, ensuring the magick flows as it should. And when The Cauldron ventures beyond its walls, you will find Kirsten, the Muscle, the Brains, the Brawn, and the Voice of Reason, guiding their path through the wilds of far-off markets and winding paths.
Without these steadfast allies, Deni’s grand quest—the forging of The Cauldron’s legacy—might never reach its destined end. But together, they press on, ever in pursuit of adventure, magick, and the extraordinary.
